ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Radius Service Solutions will work with you to determine the appropriate inspection frequency — typically quarterly or semi-annually – depending on the type and age of your building, as well as the regional weather conditions. If a routine service inspection reveals damage to your building requiring extensive repairs, Radius’s service team will provide detailed recommendations and an estimate for the work needed. Given our experience in commercial construction and renovation, our team is well qualified to give you sound advice and perform even the most complex building and roof repairs.

Under an annual service agreement, our building maintenance team conducts periodic inspections of your entire building exterior. We make it easy for you by alerting your facility manager in advance of the inspection, covering all checkpoints on our Service Solutions checklist, performing minor repairs, providing a synopsis of your building condition, and photographing any areas that may require repairs beyond the standard maintenance agreement.
